What is a Serviced Office?
A Serviced Office is the preferred way of renting office space. It gives you the convenience and security of a fixed monthly overhead.
You get your own private, secure room in which to conduct your business. You have access to all the facilities of the business centre.
We can also provide you with furniture, on-site IT support, and handling for your incoming mail.
What is included?
All basic utilities are included (light/heat/aircon). Fast internet access from our leased line. Allocated parking on site. Handling of incoming mail and parcels. Communal Kitchen and restroom facilities. Use of breakout areas.
Do I need to pay Business Rates?
Business rates for the majority of our tenants are covered by the Small Business Rate Relief, which is handled by our staff.
What times can I access my office?
Your office can be used at anytime, day or night. You will be provided with keys and an alarm code.
Is there a minimum term?
We prefer the consistency of long-term tenants, but many times we are able to accomodate shorter term commitments during office transitions. This can be days or weeks.
Our standard terms require an initial 12 months, with a break clause at 9 months.
Do you have a Meeting Room we can use?
Yes, this can be hired at a discounted rate for tenants. It is equipped with large screen TV for presentations, and has tea/coffee making facilities.
Are there any setup costs?
A small admin fee is required for setting up the contract, along with yearly renewals.
How much deposit will I need?
We ask for 2 months deposit, and monthly charges in advance.
